We're open according to active reservations. Mon–Fri typically 8:15 - 18:15, and by arrangement also weekends or outside standard hours.

Refreshments
Water, tea and coffee are complimentary. You can also choose from chilled soft drinks and energy drinks.
There's a fully equipped kitchenette on the floor with a fridge and microwave, so bringing your own lunch is no problem at all.
Printer
Black-and-white printing is available right in the office, on a laser printer you connect to easily over wifi.
Colour printing and laminating are available at the town information center, about a 5-minute walk away.
A comfortable temperature, year-round
On hot summer days, a portable air conditioner (a little noisy, but worth it) keeps the room pleasantly cool.
In winter, the space is comfortably heated - feel free to leave the sweater at home.
Rental prices
Clear pricing, no hidden fees, no commitments. Coffee, water and tea are complimentary. You can pay in cash or by QR code, in Czech crowns or euros.

We're in the center of Vrchlabí
The entrance is on Krbalova street, a few minutes' walk from the main square, directly across from a small car park and the "7 štítů" café. Take the elevator to the first floor and ring the bell, or give us a call.
The office isn't publicly accessible. Please let us know when you arrive so we can come and let you in.
Where to park
We recommend the "Náplavka" or "Kartonka" car parks. For free long-term parking, try "Střelnice". Parking right by the office or towards the square isn't ideal, as time limits apply.
